'AutoSim Analyzer' reporting tool

'AutoSim Analyzer' is a tool, that generates reports and shows various statistics for different simracing games. It currently supports ARCA, GTL, GTR, GTR2, RACE and rFactor.

* Race and qualification details: competitors, fastest laps, overtakes, positions won, laps led, gap times, diagrams, lap by lap chronicle etc.
* Overall track records.
* Various statistics.
* HTML export.
* 'Career.blt' file fixing tool for GT Legends.
* GTL Rank handicaps calculation

Online leagues could host their log files at FTP, so clients could see detailed results of all past events without downloading logs manually.

Requires Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 (or 3.0)

Old report style example (v1.30):
https://www.autosim.ru/rFactorreport/...ing/g_info.htm

New report style example (v1.55):
https://autosim.ru/champs/rugtc76/sta...rt2/index.html

Find the event you need, and double click it or select 'View report' item in context menu.

Actually the interface still needs several tweaks to make some things more clear.

If I may give you some feedback: I generated some reports with GTR 2 using your util. It works great, but one thing is not correct.

If you check https://www.digitalracing.nl/zac3/lap...lification.htm you see driver 'Robert Saalmink' with a quickest lap of 37,655. This is considered his qualifying time, but in fact, it's not. He left the server, came back, and drove a 38.8xx-lap. This lap was the one for the starting grid by GTR 2. So, if someone was te leave the server and then rejoin in kwali (or any session, that is), it should reset the laptimes.

By comparison, I used the old generator also, which does this correctly. See https://www.digitalracing.nl/zac3/lap.../Barcelona.htm

It's just to help

Hi alexzz,

what a wonderfull tool you wrote !! Thank you very much !
We will use that in our new season starting this friday.

I had success in analyzing GTR2 data.

But I can't get it to work with GTL Data. I have renamed my log files (since the tool doesn't recognize german files). But I always end up with an error in GTL Plug-In. That alreaady happens when I tell the program to "Scan for logs".

Can I supply more Info to you ?
Should I email the log file to you ?

Thanks again for a great tool, and please make it work fot GTL !

Joe

With GTL it only works with results from dedicated server, not from a player

it crashes when I try to scan the rFacor-logs

quote:
Unhandled exception has occured in your application

Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size
of the collection.
Parameter name: index.

rFactorlogs are xml and GTR2&L are txt, if I remember correctly...

Otherwise I find it very impressive, thank you very much

Check your logfile names. Currently GTR/GTL plugins recognize only english and russian versions of these games (I'll fix that later). English race log names should have "_Race.txt" suffix.

It does also work with results files from a player.

There's an option in your Plr. file that you have to change, think it was Extra Stats=1 instead of 0.

By the way, if registry keys for GTL, GTR and GTR2 are right, analyzer checks 'ExtraStats' parameter and if it's disabled suggests to enable it.

I always got this error when scanning my players directory (C:\GTL\UserData\LOG\Results):

"Some problems encountered with 'AutosimAnalyzer.GTLConverter' plugin. Process has been terminated."

So I did some test (selected out a week of results an so) and it works with most players results but some causes errors.

I singled out one day of results files that gives me this error and I'll sent it to you, if that's ok?

Ok. I need qualification and race logs.

Another hint: you can import specific logs by holding SHIFT while pressing "Scan for logs" button. Note that analyzer takes qualification laptimes only from qualification log, so you need to choose both race&qual files.

As for all those errors (excepting rFactor), I suppose they caused by localization differences. Trying to fix it now.

This release is mostly for you If you experience problems with GTL plugin, create empty 'log.txt' file in '\Plugins\GTL\' folder. When error occurs, last entries in this file will show you GTL log files that cause trouble.

Hi alexzz!

Great tool !!! I'm using it a lot for my (mainly offline) GTR2 races and it works fantastic!

But I have a few questions:

1. Is it possible, to force GTR2 (and GTL) to create complete files for other sessions than races (eg. qualy, warmup ...). Currently these files seem to be empty. No lap charts or driver data is included in the corresponding .txt files. This leads to the fact, that it is not possible with your tool to import qualifying laptimes. If there is no way to create "full" qualy logs with GTR2/GTL like in rFactor then

2. would it be possible for you, to modify your tool so that it imports drivers fastest qualytime from race logs? These data are included there.

3. And finally another little request: Could you tweak your autosim analyzer to read the weight penalties from the race log files? This would make your already great tool perfect!

Thanks again

Hehe, I updated to v1.30 and all my errors are gone. Thanks for this great tool!

(to be honest I have one error, but that's about a race with GTR2 cars inside GTL... that was more like a hack, so it shouldn't be supported at all imo)
