do we need 10 people doing the website? I think not. IMHO - max 2 people (even if that's not including me). One to design and help out, other to do the main bulk (maybe a few extras to help with PHP coding, etc. if needed.)

You could add me to General 3D modelling.
I am probably also competent in the General 2D imaging, but I'm not really interested in the contents of that category. Edit: Oh yeah and I can also translate English - French. [Updated!]

Stenyak, forgot about a few things: translation to Portuguese, average Photoshop experience, basic freehand 10, extensive photo & car info/specs gathering and phtographer (canon camedia 5.0 megapixels)
btw, i think it would help if 1 or 2 persons from each team could be nominated to control the remaining, in order to give more specific tasks to the members. [Updated!] Last edited by stenyak : 22-12-2003 at 13:32. |

Yeah, it would possibly be a good idea to elect someone from each group to lead their particular group, not telling them what to do , but checking on progress, making sure everyone is on the right track, and reporting back to main group of people. It might also be a good to have everyone in their group to get each others contact details so they can work out problems or ideas easier than having to post everytime they got a problem. So the forum isn't full of "how do I map this object" or "what's the best command to use to do this" type threads

I wasn't thinking "oh lets get rid of peeps" I was thinking, ~10 people is an awful lot for 1 website.

i totally agree with JamesF1, but maybe we can have more than 1 website: one is obviously about the project/game, but there could be one or two more that are closely related to the main (1 unnoficial website, listing the unnoficial add-ons and another one for...uh... something )

This is just a list of who can do what things. Nobody has been told to do anything yet. Don't worry, we'll try to use common sense when choosing people for tasks. 10 people for the site is obviously too much, but we need to know who can do it before we decide who will do it.
