LFS: Username (registration) vs. Driver name

Hello,

I have a question about the username (you need to register at LFS) vs. the Driver name.

The username I wanted to register with is taken.

Is the username (with which you register @ LFS.net) seperate from the (online) driver name? So if I register with username "X", can I still play LFS online with Drivername "Y"?

Yes you can do that.

Yes, you can use any driver name you want regardless of your username. However, your account with stats & your username on the official forums will be the username you register.

Just make sure you choose the username carefully, like said above that same name will be your name on the lfsforum.net too and there's no way of changing that later.

(Obviously you could always do new forum account, but then you loose the "S2 licensed" under the name and that's not nice)

help is always appreciated. Late or not.

I needed to put some extra money on my Paypal which is taking some days. As soon as the money is in my Paypal I will be buying the game. Hope to join that Dutch Beginners LFS league as well.

EDIT: Hurray. Got my S2 License today. Can't wait. Only 8 more hours of work left.
